The Metabolomics 2020 Online Poster Gallery is now live! Registered attendees can now use the custom link provided in your Welcome email to begin viewing the Poster Gallery and interacting with your peers!
Posters will be available to view online one week prior to the conference (as early as October 13) and will be judged by a committee during the week of October 19. Top scoring posters will be awarded an oral presentation spot during the virtual conference. Posters will continue to be available for viewing through Friday, October 30, 2020. Each poster will have their own discussion forum for participants to ask questions and provide comments on your poster.
Please review the conference guidelines that apply to all presenters. Visit “Conference Policies” under the “Program” tab. All presenters are responsible for following these guidelines.
You may post a .pdf poster, and/or a pre-recorded 2-3 minute video presentation.
Important Requirements for .pdf Posters:
- Limit of 5 MB for .pdf
- Orientation: Portrait or Landscape
- Quality: 300 DPI
- Large and bold print is more visually pleasing virtually for the viewer
- URLs and short audio/video fragments can be included in the poster. Please keep in mind these links should open in a new window (not embedded in the poster)
- Paper size: not relevant for the virtual poster
- Poster upload will begin Monday, October 12. An email will be sent on October 12 with upload instructions.
- The deadline for poster upload is October 18 to be included in the poster judging, the winner receiving an upgrade to an oral presentation spot! Otherwise, posters can be uploaded through Friday October 23.
Important Requirements for Pre-recorded Video Posters:
- Your pre-recorded poster presentation should be 2-3 minutes, and no longer than 3 minutes.
- The video must be a YouTube or Vimeo link.
- Instructions to upload your video presentation along with your .pdf poster will be sent in an email on Monday, October 12.
Poster Timeline:
- October 13-18: Upload your poster during this time if you want to be judged by the Committee for a possible spot as an oral presentation
- October 16: Deadline to be registered (and paid, if you're not a member)
- October 19-22: Committee judging/scoring takes place
- October 19-23: Continue poster upload (not eligible for oral presentation)
- October 23: The last date to upload your poster for the conference
- October 30: Posters will remain online through Friday, October 30
